Our Journey
Graham had spent years managing a pest control company serving London and the surrounding areas. His team relied on handwritten reports for each customer visit, detailing actions taken and findings. While thorough, this method created mountains of paperwork, making it difficult to efficiently track and access customer histories. The constant scanning, storing, and organising of paper documents consumed valuable time and resources, often leading to frustration.
When Graham approached Alice Ward, a skilled software developer, with this challenge, she immediately recognised the need for a solution tailored specifically to pest controllers. Alice mapped out and delivered a bespoke digital platform that streamlined Graham's reporting process, eliminating the burdens of paperwork and improving efficiency.
After months of collaboration and testing, the solution was ready: a custom platform that enabled Graham's team to generate and send digital treatment reports instantly, significantly boosting productivity and simplifying operations.
The results were immediate. With all reports accessible in one central location and the ability to send them directly to customers, Graham’s team saw a remarkable increase in efficiency.
